AMAZING realtor! Absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers, and Jacqueline was representing us for a town house we wanted in San Jose. I have worked with many realtors as buyer and seller in the past, and Jacqueline (Jackie) is definitely the best! My wife and I started looking for a home in south San Jose a few months back, and we were lucky to know Jackie at an open house. She knows very well about the neighborhoods , locations and schools. She's very honest - she always showed us pros and cons of each home, and helped us understand the real market values. Jackie is extremely patient and meanwhile responsive. The housing market in the Bay Area is simply crazy, and competition is unbelievable. It happened twice that we told Jackie we wanted to make an offer and due date was next day morning. And each time Jackie worked overnight to get it done, including all the paperwork and market analysis. I even felt bad that we changed our offers a couple of times, but Jackie always smiled, and with her own words "don't worry about my time, let's do it right for you" When we finally found a beautiful home and got the offer accepted, Jackie helped us through the complex closing phase, coordinating with the bank, title company, the seller, and the HOA. There was a damage on the balcony, which I didn't feel a big deal, but Jackie went ahead and negotiated with the seller and managed to lower the price! It's hard to find a realtor caring his/her clients so much. Currently Bay area housing market is crazy, and finding a home you like is so difficult. In this kind of market, a real estate agent is very important, and my wife and I feel so lucky to have Jackie help us. We're about to move next week, and just want to share our experience here and hopefully useful for others.
